Which of your philanthropic endeavors are you most proud of?
Last year I was honored to be part of the Long Island Real Estate Committee hosting an Awards dinner honoring Jeff Supinsky of Valley East Building Management and benefiting the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation (LIAF). The LIAF provides support not only to those afflicted with Alzheimer’s but also to their caregivers. LIAF provides adult day programs, in-home respite, weekend drop off, memory cafes, caregiver trainings and support groups. After touring the LIAF Westbury facility and seeing the staff’s commitment, dedication and compassion in all they do to support those afflicted and their families I was honored to be part of this event.  The awards dinner was held on October 18, 2018 at the Haute Durvo in Roslyn and was a great success. The funds raised for the LIAF will be put to good use to improve and expand the wonderful services they provide to all of those afflicted. This was an amazing experience for me to be part of. I’m looking forward to being part of the next event this year which will be a tour of the facility and roof top event. For information please email me at [email protected].
