“Knowledge is key to a successful transaction.” Zere Real Estate Services will be in business for over 40 years in 2020. Our first office was located in Great Neck, Nassau County. While in my early teens I apprenticed for my mother, Marie Zere as the listings girl before computers and listing services existed. I learned all of the major commercial office corridors, industrial buildings, and business parks throughout Long Island including Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Brooklyn and Queens. This hands-on experience has been invaluable in my commercial real estate career and the information I acquired I still use on a daily basis to benefit our successful company.
