Company Name: Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP

What is your favorite motivational quote?
“Be strong and courageous. Patience and perseverance will always prevail.”

How do you hold your own in a negotiation?
Know all of the facts and perspectives before entering the negotiation, hold a strong reasoned position.

What is the best advice you have received, and who was it from?
Plant your seeds and be patient. A mentor of mine when I first graduated law school shared this with me.

What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?
We represented a lending client on an 87-property portfolio construction loan which will result in over 500 affordable housing units being renovated over the next 2.5 years. We also recently supported an important human services client in a community service endeavor–it felt great to give back!

What was one of your biggest accomplishments in the last 12 months?
I am on the board of a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide a chance in life to children around the world by providing an education and the teaching of self-governance, in addition to housing and food. We successfully hosted a cardinal from Rome in New York this summer and as a board we made great strides with the cardinal in the growth of our overseas mission.
