What do you consider to be your greatest professional accomplishment in the past 12 months?

In the past 12 months, one of my greatest professional accomplishments was being promoted to vice president at Bestreich Realty Group.

Who or what do you attribute to your success?

Professionally, I attribute my success to my business partner, who happens to be my brother, Steve Reynolds and my mentor, Derek Bestreich. They have given me a tremendous amount of support and time to teach me the business. Personally, I credit my parents who have provided me with the guidance to become the person I am today.

What advice can you offer to someone who is interested in a career in your industry?

There are a lot of “no’s” in this business but you just have to keep your head down and stay focused on your goals.

How have your life experiences impacted who you are professionally?

Sports played a key role throughout my life. I completed in Division 1 wrestling in which I developed valuable life-skills like confidence, discipline, determination, and adversity. These skills have had an impactful effect on who I am today as a person.
