Title: Operations Manager

Company Name: Black Mountain Capital

Who or what do you attribute to your success?
My family, especially my mother. I’ve learned so much from my family, collectively and individually. Their work ethic and determination has helped me with personal, life and important career decisions.

?What advice can you offer to someone who is just getting started in your industry?
Be persistent and never take no for an answer. Live, learn and grow from your mistakes, because a lot will be made.

If you have a mentor, who is it and how has this relationship influenced your professional growth?
Alex Elezaj, my brother and business partner at Black Mountain Capital. He has taught me to think outside the box, while thinking two steps ahead to be ready for anything unexpected that comes your way.

How have your life experiences impacted who you are professionally?
My life experiences have taught me to think logically in situations instead of emotionally, that all aspects of life and work are always changing, to not hold on to the past and be resilient in anything I do.
