If you have a mentor, who is it and how have they influenced your personal & professional growth?

My father came from a small village in Greece at the age of 18 and opened his first diner at the age of 21. Throughout my life he has shown me what it means to work hard and live the American dream. He is man of courage and respect. He has love for life and everything he does as well as everyone he meets.
