What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2017? 

I’m most proud of my decision to come on board and run the finance group at Mancini Duffy. This was a critical decision for me because, at the time, my two children were toddlers (three-year-old girl and one-year-old boy) and I was also in school part time completing my second masters degree. My plate was full, but I was up and ready for the challenge. Now, almost a year in, I have had the opportunity to be a key leader in shaping the financial direction and strategy of our firm as well as implement new ideas in running our day-to-day business activities. I’m looking forward to what our future holds!
