What trends will impact your business in 2018?
We hope that the market doesn’t wake up to the fact that so many companies are moving to Hudson Yards. This is going to have an extremely negative effect on the rest of the Midtown and Plaza commercial office market. I believe the city made a big mistake giving huge tax credits and incentives to these tenants and it will eventually be devastating to landlords throughout the rest of Manhattan and the city. The brokers will be fine.
