What was the best decision you made in 2017 and why?

This year Crystal Windows added an exciting new product offering, the European design Magnus line, for mid-rise and high-rise buildings.  We now supply high-end commercial vinyl windows and doors that utilize uPVC extrusions that are renowned for delivering outstanding energy efficiency, while yielding AW structural ratings on a par with top metal windows. The new Crystal Magnus products are suitable for many new construction and replacement applications, and Crystal is supplying several current projects in the New York metro area.

What trends will impact your business in 2018?

There is an ever-increasing use of modern windows in historical buildings, as these properties are renovated or completely rehabilitated for new purposes. Crystal works regularly with architects, contractors, and owners to custom design windows and accessories that replicate the look of original metal or wood windows to meet approvals with historic and landmark agencies. We have supplied many historic projects throughout New York City and around the country.
