Conversion of a single tenant retail building in Garden City South to a multi-tenant retail building. It provided the owner with much greater return on their investment.

The election, hopefully it will begin the return of small businesses to the commercial property market.
How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017?
Investing in more technology: two new priority databases for property values and owner information.
What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017?
Investors will seek higher returns on real estate investments as bond yields rise.
