What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

Negotiating the eventual approval and sale 648 Motor Pwy., Hauppauge to Quick Chek, the signing and in for entitlements to La Fitness for 305 Jericho Tpke., Huntington, the signing and in for entitlements for Taco Bell at 369 Little East Neck Rd., West Babylon. And finally the executed and approved McDonalds located at 1245 Middle Country Rd., Middle Island.

What project, transaction, market trend or product had the greatest impact on your industry this year?

After 20 years as a broker, principal and landlord understanding nothing happens less than a year, where the larger the transaction the longer the wait.

How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017?

Not sure what supercharging is? What we will do is supplement our existing developments in the entitlement process, attending civic meetings, meetings with town officials and zoning attorneys to push along the process.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017?

With an energetic new President elect suggesting lower corporate tax, investment tax and incentives to development I am bullish on the prospects many in the commercial field will share my optimism.
