How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017?

We are optimistic that the strong momentum we have seen in 2015 and 2016 will carry over into 2017. Our firm is in growth mode still, having have grown from 2 attorneys to 20 attorneys since our inception in 2011. We are looking to continue growing our commercial real estate practice by adding experienced lawyers in the transactional world and are bullish on the market.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017?

I think the three biggest factors in the market for 2017 will be how a Trump presidency impacts the economy and our real estate market, how much will interest rates increase by and what will be the outcome of the 421-a tax abatement. Each of these items can have a major impact on our market and can be a deciding factor if 2017 will be a strong year for the commercial real estate market.
