What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?
What project, transaction, market trend or product had the greatest impact on your industry this year?
The market trend that has had the greatest impact on our industry this year is the need for more and bigger Data Centers to be built to handle all the traffic on social media.
TLM Group is working on Data Center and Mission Critical building projects across the country and around the world for multiple social media organizations and international financial corporations. The standards that require that these types of facilities “go and stay green” have been raised in recent years and has opened up new opportunities for environmentally responsible design and maintenance.
