What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

KZA Realty Group, Inc. was chosen by Co-op City’s Riverbay Corp. to attract and retain commercial tenants at market rate prices that will increase rental income for the shareholders. Their retail footprint includes Bartow Shopping Center and the 10,000 s/f Bingo Hall at 2081 Bartow Ave. as well as numerous other retail and office spaces. Our initial efforts included the successful renegotiations of lease extensions for Rite Aid Pharmacy and Dollar Tree. Co-op City’s high visibility, favorable population density and proximity to Bay Plaza Shopping Mall make it one of the hottest real estate markets in the Bronx. We are very proud of our partnership with Riverbay Corp. that will help revitalize and enhance Co-op City’s commercial corridor.
