What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017?
KG always has been focused on national demographics affecting the tri state area. Today’s emerging and maturing millennial generation is moving towards family formation, and we anticipate this will have a considerable impact on urban schools (private and public), healthcare, housing and other related facilities. Millennials have redefined urban living across the country and will continue to do so.
Our work in urban settings – lead by our NYC/Chelsea arm, Urban Studio – is directly engaged along with its academic partners in envisioning these changes and the implications they can have on the real estate industry.
