How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017?
Since our launch in 2016, and our concentration on investment sales and brokerage, we learned the art of vetting the client and understanding the functions of “new negotiations.” That being said, I believe in 2017 we will be able to move through deals quicker and spend more time on the variety of product to client and less time on trying to accomplish what we now call “endless negotiations” which amount to fewer sales and closings.
Staying in synch with our brokers and salespersons is key as is making time for maintaining our relationships within the industry–both old and new.
