What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?
In 2016, 110-unit luxury senior rental community in Hauppauge was signed and went into contract in 2016 with more in the queue. Long Island needs 100,000 rental units because of the high property taxes which limit home buying opportunities, especially young purchasers.
In addition to commercial brokerage, I am currently managing construction of approximately 400 units of housing from Bridgehampton to Melville and expect the market to improve with the prospect of lower corporate tax rates, capital gains tax reductions and revamping of health care.
