What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

This year Adams & Co. renovated 110 West 40th St., a pre-war building between Broadway and Sixth Ave., to create a new office concept for the evolving workforce. The new model blends traditional offices with the perks of a co-working building by offering high-end office suites and central common areas with amenities. The shared conference room, tenant lounge, printing center and mail room allow tenants to enjoy the collective mindset that many companies are attracted to, while still maintaining the privacy and formality that comes with a private office space. The office suites at 110 West 40th St. leased up within months of launching, which confirmed there is high demand for innovative workspace options in Midtown Manhattan.
