What was my most notable transaction this year ?

I helped several different clients with access issues involving developers or neighboring co-op buildings performing construction work next door and needing to have access to their property. This can be a daunting problem. In each instance, the building or developer next door was seeking to “start yesterday” without having drafted an access agreement and without having any concern for the effect on my client’s building and its occupants. I was able to negotiate a fair access agreement, with precautions being taken for protecting my client’s property during the work and insurance, in case of any problems. A new client read one of my articles on this topic and sought to retain me because she and her husband  “liked my eyes” and thought I seemed like an honest person.
