What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?

Assisting in the purchase of a two-story, 3,400 s/f office building at 619 Roanoke Ave. in Riverhead. The building is primarily occupied by my family’s Atlantic Agency Insurance & Risk Management offices.

Additional space for professional office users is also available for lease. Perfectly located near the newly renovated Peconic Hospital and Riverhead Courthouse. The building offers good visibility and easy access to Rte. 58 and Main St. In addition to the above I also assisted in the recently opened Atlantic Agency Insurance office located at 65 Middle Country Rd., Middle Island, as well as their Huntington and N. Babylon locations. Working to find locations for my family-owned Atlantic Agency Insurance  business has been most rewarding, knowing I have been an important part in helping further their success, by enabling them to continue to serve their clients with all their insurance needs.
