How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016?   In 2015, the continued low interest rate environment kept us all very busy.  Going into 2016, we expect that our refinancing business will continue to be strong with the massive amounts of 2016 & 2017 loan maturities on the horizon. We believe projected rate increases for 2016 will be gradual and that more lender competition will keep the spread over the indexes steady. We generate a lot of our business from commercial real estate sales broker referrals and expect that these purchase transactions will remain robust in 2016.   Atlas will continue to hire additional staff and expand our loan offerings.
