What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015? Every deal is notable. Professionally, I try to surpass the year prior and when that is accomplished, I consider it the ultimate achievement. What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015? Retail is being dramatically impacted by the sheer number of multi-million dollar deals completed in the past two months. These high numbers are having a strong effect on the market. How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? I am always trying to reinvent the way I do things. The business continues to be extremely fast paced. In order to be successful, you’ve got to keep up. What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2016? High Rents will continue to drive the market, and I expect to see more stores that offer customer multiple points of sales. Retailing is evolving and brands are catering to the new millennial customer.
