What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015?    We have sold a 33 RS Unsold Sponsor unit block in 28 East 10th St. Condominium for more than $1,000 per s/f - the highest $ per s/f for rent regulated apartments in New York ever! Another New York City record was a block sale of 44 RS Unsold Sponsor Units in 845 West End Ave. Condominium for $1.3 million per RS unit! What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015?   The definite general feeling among real estate professionals that the market is approaching its top. How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016?   Will hire more people - as I expect twice as much activity in 2016 as in 2015... What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2016? The main one - the sellers’ concern that the market will correct down before they have time to sell their assets.
