What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015? The negotiation of a ten (10) year full-floor office building lease in the Wall Street area with an aggregate value of ten million ($10,000,000.00) dollars. What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015? Lower interest rates have led to a steady stream of refinances by my clients. In many instances, clients are taking advantage of lender’s cash-out options. How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? -Increased reliance on internet and social media communications and updating office software, coupled with my office teams’ awareness of the needs and response requirements to and on behalf of my clients. What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2016? The continued influx of foreign investor capital from other countries, coupled with increased available capital from Bond monies raised from other countries, will lead to continued strong activity in the New York area commercial and residential market.
