The nation's leading legal experts on "green" buildings will convene to discuss the legal implications of the green building movement that is sweeping the country and changing the real estate industry. The conference will assess the economic and legal implications of over 1,000 recent legislative enactments on the local, state and federal levels mandating and incentivizing green real estate. The 1st annual Green Real Estate Summit is scheduled for March 5 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the AMA Conference Center located at 1601 Broadway. The conference is sponsored by the Practising Law Institute (PLI).
