Margolin, Winer & Evens LLP will hold an upcoming panel discussion: "Let's Talk Brooklyn, Long Island, and Queens Real Estate." The panel will take place on Thursday, November 20 at 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Club 101. The event will feature a networking breakfast followed by a panel discussion of the Brooklyn, Long Island and Queens real estate markets. Kim Velsey, senior editor at the New York Observer will moderate a panel of distinguished real estate experts including: * Jeffrey Levine, chairman of Douglaston Development * Doug Partrick, owner of Heatherwood Communities * Gregg Rechler, managing partner of Rechler Equity Partners The panel will discuss the current development climate in Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island, examining what makes each location unique and what types of consumers they are attracting.
