New Rochelle selects RDRXR as master developer

RDRXR has been selected by the city the new master developer. "New Rochelle's vision for the future is clear: to be a major player in Westchester's and New York's regional economy. The selection of this master developer is a major milestone in the strategic process undertaken by Mayor Noam Bramson and his team to transform the city and create a dynamic urban center where people will want to work, live and play," said Brett. "New Rochelle presents a terrific package for investors, with its historic neighborhoods, diverse commercial spaces, three higher education institutions, a beautiful shoreline on the Long Island Sound, and great transportation access to major highways, Metro North, and Amtrak.
