All day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12th, at Hotel Pennsylvania at West 33rd and 7th Aves., Margie Russell, the executive director of the New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM) will bring her special brand of innovative problem solving to the continuing education of building managers and owners. One way is to have superior talent conduct the programs. Two seminar highlights bookending the start and end of day:
* "Problematic: Oil Tanks & Chimneys & Stacks" by Angel Gonzalez, president of NYOHSMA, and Neal Rudikoff, P.E. will address the environmental and infrastructure issues that either: prevents repair work from being completed or delays maintenance and energy conversions & retro-commissioning projects. To be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
* "Energy Money & Contractural Documentation" explores case studies of legal & financial models. Learn where the available, but limited money is and how deals are structured. To be held from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
