On Thursday, July18, Professional Women in Construction (PWC) will present its annual Transportation Forum, a regional update wherein the NY-NJ metropolitan area's transportation chiefs - leaders from the Port Authority of NY & NJ, NJ Transit, NYSDOT and the MTA will outline plans and work opportunities to meet the region's growing transit needs. The breakfast forum will take place from 8 to 10 a.m. at The Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Ave. at 44th St. Guest speakers will be: David Tweedy, chief of capital program, Port Authority of NY and NJ; James Weinstein, executive director, NJ Transit; Diane Lombardi, director external relations, NYS Dept. of Transportation; and Nuria Fernandez, COO, Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).
