Greystone Development’s Harlem 125 is 50% leased

Manhattan, NY According to Greystone Development, Harlem 125, a new rental development located at 69 East 125th St. in East Harlem, is over 50% leased in less than two months. Dave Maundrell of Citi Habitats is the exclusive leasing agent.

Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, the development comprises two adjoining towers, a seven-story tower along 126th St. and a 12-story tower fronting 125th St. yielding 75 new residences in total.
