Bohemia, NY To meet increasing demand for its services, P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC) the firm has hired Jayce Acevedo, Rich Lagattolla, Matthew Merrill, and Li Tang. 

As new associates, Lagattolla and Merrill will join PWGC’s environmental unit and Acevedo and Tang will join their engineering unit. These highly qualified environmental scientists and engineers join a PWGC team that is rapidly growing to meet client demand.

Acevedo graduated Stony Brook University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering. He joins PWGC as a staff engineer where he will be involved with a variety of engineering projects in the civil and environmental arenas.

Lagattolla is a 2019 graduate of Hofstra University where he earned a bachelor of science in Geology. He joins PWGC as a field hydrogeological/environmental scientist where he will focus on projects related to groundwater remediation, soil sampling, air quality sampling and Phase I & II site assessments.

Merrill joins PWGC as a project hydrogeologist. His prior experience in the industry includes working for NYSDEC’s Region I. A graduate of SUNY Binghamton with a bachelor of arts in Environmental Planning, he will play a lead role in their environmental engineering services division.

Tang graduated University of Michigan in 2014 with a master of science in Structural Engineering. In 2012, Tang graduated Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering. As a project engineer, she will utilize her skills and experience with PWGC’s engineering division, where she will focus on PWGC’s civil and structural engineering, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD efforts.
