Monte of Rose Hill Group arranges $7.75m permanent financing for 150,000 s/f building Rose hill-Key Bank_opt.jpg Amherst, NY According to Daniel Monte, president of The Rose Hill Group of WNY LTD (RHG), the company has arranged $7.75 million in permanent financing for a fully-occupied three-story office building located on 3920 Main St. Monte arranged the financing through a correspondent life insurance company.
The 150,000 s/f building was built in the 1950s and originally served as a department store. KeyBank has been the primary tenant since 1992 and recently agreed to a new 10-year lease.

Vernon, NY Meridian Capital Group has arranged $53.2 million in financing for the purchase of Westchester Plaza.  The 850,000 s/f complex consists of four residential buildings with a total of 698 units. The complex also includes a 75,000 s/f shopping center. Elliot Treitel of Meridian's N.J. office negotiated on behalf of the borrower, Urban American Management, to secure a fixed-rate of 5.5% with the first three years of interest-only payments.

The community, Colonial Manor located on Creek Rd., was purchased from Colonial Manor Condominiums of LaGrange by Tim and Maureen Foley.
