The term "re-invention" of my career may well be what I have done, but, in fact, launching my new fund, Iridium Capital, is a culmination of my years of real estate experience and my personal success in net-leased property investments. My goal in creating the fund is to make real estate accessible to the investor who is not necessarily versed in real estate, may not have the means to make a substantial investment, nor have the desire to manage a real estate portfolio. I was sensitive also to the fact that women often are tuned out to what alternative investments might be available to them. In these later years of my career, I am excited to have created a terrific strategy by which to manage this emerging fund!
