Thomas and Liberston of Colliers ink 11,239 s/f

Colliers International has arranged a long term deal, 11,239 s/f lease for Ford Models on the top three floors of 57 W. 57th St. Michael Thomas of Colliers International, who represented Ford Models along with David Libertson. "The three floors offer wrap-around terraces giving Ford an unparalleled office environment," said Thomas. "The outdoor space provides a cityscape background that is almost as stunning as the models themselves." Christel Engel represented the ownership of 57 W. 57th St., which consists of a partnership that includes several executives of Colliers International. Located in Manhattan's prestigious Plaza District on the corner of Sixth Ave., the building is convenient to Central Park, as well as the best shopping and dining New York City has to offer. Numerous subway lines and bus routes are within walking distance of the property, as are major transportation hubs such as Grand Central Terminal and the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
