SL Green negotiates ten leases totaling 20,073 s/f; includes 3,906 s/f for Walek & Associates, Goldman of C&W assisted
SL Green Realty Corp. has recently negotiated 10 transactions totaling 20,073 s/f for tenants at various properties within its NYC portfolio. A combined list of renewals, new leases relocations, extensions and expansions are detailed below:
*All Vision, LLC a subtenant, signed a new direct 2,679 s/f seven-year lease, to occupy a portion of the 19th floor of 420 West Lexington Ave.; Vladimir Spector of NAI Global New York City acted for the tenant.
*Walek & Associates Inc., signed a 3,906 s/f, five-year renewal lease to occupy a portion of the 23rd floor at 317 Madison Ave.; Joshua Goldman of Cushman & Wakefield acted for the tenant.
*Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd, Inc. signed a new 3,073 s/f lease for ten-years on a portion of 11th floor at 1350 Avenue of the Americas; Soon Rhee of First New York Realty Brokers LLC acted for the tenant and Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen of SL Green represented the landlord in-house.
*Greaves Travel LLC has signed a five-year lease renewal for 2,182 s/f on a portion of 11th floor at 317 Madison Ave. Josh Berger of Norman Bobrow & Co., represented the tenant.
*American Indonesian Chamber of Commerce, Inc. renewed its 828 s/f, five-year lease on the 16th floor at 317 Madison Ave.; Alan Markowitz of RE Com Partners LLC, represented the tenant in the transaction.
*Dreyfus Global Trade, LLC signed a new 1,855 s/f lease for two years at 521 Fifth Ave. on a portion of the 21st floor. David Turino represented SL Green in-house.
*Ironwood Partners Management, LP signed a new 2,104 s/f lease for five years on a portion of 23rd floor at 420 Lexington Ave.
*Joseph A. Romano P.C. signed a new 968 s/f five-year lease on a portion of the 16th floor at 420 Lexington Ave. Meghan Holzhauer acted in-house for SL Green.
*Hossain Awini signed a 1,660 s/f lease modification and extension for Four-and-a-half years on a portion of the 19th floor at 215 Park Ave. South; Tenenbaum and Rosen acted on behalf of the landlord.
*Rogers News, Inc. signed a new 818 s/f lease for ten years in the lobby of 1185 Avenue of the Americas; Tenenbaum and Rosen acted on behalf SL Green.
