Amherst, NY Farah Agha, account executive for Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc., arranged an advance of funds on the existing mortgage in the amount of $5.1 million for Dannybrook Apartments located on Palmdale Dr.

The property is a 283-unit garden-style apartment complex consisting of 209 garden-style units and 74 town home units. Dannybrook Apartments is situated near Transit Rd., a retail corridor that provides frontage for numerous strip plazas, power centers and the 1 million s/f Eastern Hills Mall.

Agha secured a fixed-rate loan co-terminus with the existing debt and a 30-year amortization schedule for the borrower.
