Zimmar of Heritage Realty leases 6,500 s/f at Westchester Park Center

Heritage Realty Services LLC revealed the signing of two new lease agreements at Westchester Park Center totaling 6,500 s/f. ACS Consulting has signed a 3,000 s/f lease on the second floor of 4 Westchester Park Dr. The tenant was previously located at 700 White Plains Rd., Scarsdale. The law office Lettera Mosiello & Gioffre LLP has signed a 3,500 s/f lease on the second floor of 2 Westchester Park Dr. The tenant was previously located at 2900 Westchester Ave. Peter Zimmar of Heritage Realty Services LLC acted on behalf of both parties in securing the lease for ACS Consulting and Lettera Mosiello & Gioffre LLP. In 2014, over 30,000 s/f of space has been leased at Westchester Park Center. The recently renamed office park has been proactive in meeting the needs of today's tenants through modernization and capital improvements to its buildings. In 2014, capital projects have included new lighting schemes, finishes to the common corridors and complete renovation of the lobbies.
