Houlihan and Hendey of Houlihan-Parnes lease 3,200 s/f to Bach2Rock at 130 Mamaroneck Avenue

Jerry Houlihan and Richard Hendey of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC represented Bach2Rock (B2R), a music education school, in the leasing of a 3,200 s/f facility at 130 Mamaroneck Ave. in the newly-constructed commercial building located at 122-134 Mamaroneck Ave. in the downtown. Houlihan and Hendey negotiated a 10-year lease with two five-year options for B2R's third music school located in New York State. B2R opened its first location in 2007 in Bethesda, MD, and has since grown to six corporate-owned schools — two in Maryland and four in Virginia, plus five franchise-owned schools in Port Washington, NY, Syosset, NY, and Mamaroneck, NY, Wayne, PA, and Folsom, CA. Additional franchised schools are slated to open in Denver, CO, Bristow, VA, and Fredericksburg, VA, in 2015.
