Zgolinski joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

Albert Zgolinski has been named a senior supervising architect in the New York office of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization. In his new position, Zgolinski will serve as architectural manager for PB's Architecture & Building Facilities Group in New York City, responsible for managing the group's design projects. An architect with over 30 years of experience, Zgolinski has managed the design and construction of numerous new transportation facilities as well as renovations and additions. He has led multidisciplinary teams on these projects as well as projects for health care facilities, educational institutions, and historic sites and landmarks. Prior to joining PB, he was a senior associate with di Domenico + Partners in New York, responsible for the design of New York City subway station renovations, the renovation of the Newark Broad Street Station and a renovation at Columbia University's Butler Library. Zgolinski previously worked with several other New York architectural firms and also operated his own firm, A.G. Zgolinski, Architect, from 1985 to 1990. Zgolinski holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of South Carolina and a BArch degree from the City College, City University of New York. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the American Solar Energy Society.
