Islandia, NY Zere Real Estate Services sold a 2,403 s/f professional office condo at 200 Corporate Plaza Unit A-102, within the Corporate Plaza Office Park.

Marie Zere and Michelle Marie Zere worked together for the buyer, PRA Realty Inc. to find them additional office space for sale to accommodate their growing company.

“This condo was a natural asset for my buyer’s professional billing services department. It is easily accessible for their employees and offers a very nice working environment with a high window ratio giving natural light to the interior,” said Marie Zere, president & CEO, Zere Real Estate Services.

The seller in this sale transaction was J200 LLC. The commercial office condo sold for $425,000.

“Zere Real Estate Services has sold several office condos within the Corporate Office Plaza Park over the last two decades. It is a rare when they become available with minimal marketing needed. Commercial real estate buyers react quickly in making purchase offers to secure these condos to operate their businesses,” said Michelle Marie Zere, VP business development.

This buyer previously purchased Marie Zere’s 14,030 s/f commercial office building situated on 1.4 acres at 1050 Old Nicholls Rd. for $4.2 million in 2020.
