Zere Real Estate Services sells 16,098 s/f investment property

Port Jefferson Station, NY Zere Real Estate Services sold a 16,098 s/f commercial building situated on three acres along the Route 112 Business Corridor at 1660 Route 112.

The building was built in 2010 with abundant parking of two hundred cars along with a drive through access on the premises. Energy costs have been reduced with solar panels situated on the roof for utility savings.

Michael Zere, executive vice president, Zere Real Estate Services exclusively represented the office leasing at this location for more than a decade.

“This location has been a home run for businesses in the area. There has always been a good flow of professional tenants. The location is convenient and delivers strong demographics, high population density and large traffic counts with excellent signage on the premises. There is nothing like it in the immediate area.” Michael Zere said.

“With easy access to the Route 347 Business Corridor, Bus Service, Train Service Port Jefferson LIRR, Ferry Service from Port Jefferson to New England and the three area hospitals that are in close proximity Mather, St Charles and Stony Brook Hospital all make this location a winner," said Marie Zere.

The buyer, GAZ Realty Properties and the seller, Commander Enterprises were both pleased with the final sale. The purchase price is not disclosed.
