Zere Real Estate Services brokers 5,000 s/f lease and $1.95 million sale

Bohemia, NY Zere Real Estate Services has completed two deals, a 5,000 s/f lease and a $1.95 million sale. In the first deal, Michael Zere, executive VP of Zere Real Estate Services, has leased 5,000 s/f of industrial space to United RX Solutions at 78 Crossways Dr. East, Bohemia along the MacArthur Airport Veterans Memorial Hwy. Business Corridor off the Long Island Expressway and Sunrise Hwy. “Suffolk County Long Island has become a base for pharmaceutical companies to operate from, our highly educated workforce has been a key factor in site selection,” he said. Michael Zere represented the tenant and the landlord, SGR LLC. In the second deal, Zere Real Estate Services closed on a solar company deal for 20,000 s/f with SUNation Solar Systems, Inc. They purchased a commercial building at 171 Remington Blvd., Ronkonkoma. Marie Zere, president & CEO of Zere Real Estate Services, exclusively represented the buyer, SUNation Solar Systems. “The buyers needed a site to operate their growing business that offered a variety of assets and expansion space to run their operation. This site off the MacArthur Airport Business Corridor was ideal,” she said. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented seller, Guy Savia. The building sold for $1.95 million.
