Old Westbury, NY The Jewish Academy of Suffolk County held their annual gala at The Old Westbury Hebrew Congregation and honored business leader, Marie Zere, president & CEO, Zere Real Estate Services.  The award was presented by Harriet Kulka. The academy specializes in primary school children’s academic excellence and Hebrew/Jaudaic proficiency. The guest speaker was Amb. R James Woolsey former CIA director. Two other honorees were Gary Meltzer, Esq., Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, Rosa Murciano, senior vice president, New York Community Bank.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
