Zere of Zere Real Estate Services completes 57,000 s/f in deals during the fourth quarter 2011

The final quarter of 2011 proved to be an active commercial real estate leasing market in office and industrial properties in Suffolk County, Long Island according to Michael Zere, executive vice president, Zere Real Estate Services located along the MacArthur Airport Veterans Highway Business Corridor, Suffolk County, New York. Zere said, "In my opinion, Long Island companies in general were waiting for the economy to get better while the markets slowly regain stability. Many companies were forced to make quick decisions as the fourth quarter year's end was approaching so they could reposition themselves in business for the first quarter of 2012." Rapid lease location decisions were made along with lease transactions that happened at a flurried pace in November and December of 2011, wrapping up the fourth quarter for Zere with over 28 leasing deals.
