Independent Equipment Corporation purchased a 20,000 s/f building at 500 Shames Dr. Ralph Perna and Richard Perna of Newmark Knight Frank LI represented the buyer; Atlantic Property Services represented the seller. Ingenious Targeting Laboratories purchase a 20,000 s/f building at 2200 Smithtown Ave., Ronkonkoma from the Estate of Ben Pace. Ralph Perna and Richard Perna represented the buyer; seller had private representation. Belvedere Construction purchased 1565 Ocean Ave., Bohemia 20,000 s/f from H&J Tool. Ralph Perna and Richard Perna represented the seller; Richard Pidgeon of Aerco represented the buyer.
