ZE Realty Group, LLC brokers 550 s/f lease for Cohen's Fashion Optical

ZE Realty Group, LLC, a partnership between Scott Edlitz, a Manhattan retail broker, and Donald Zucker, owner of Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., a development company, represented both landlord and tenant in the leasing of 1369 Third Ave. to Cohen's Fashion Optical, an eyewear providers. Cohen's will unveil a new store on Third Ave. between 78th and 79th Sts., in 550 s/f of ground level space. This opening will be the latest addition to the dynamic Upper East Side shopping corridor. "Cohen's has long been an industry leader in designer eyewear, carrying brands such as Ray-Ban, Ralph Lauren and Prada. Discerning Upper East Side shoppers will love the store's unique design and vast inventory," said Josh Roth, managing director of ZE Realty. "We are thrilled to represent this pioneering New York retailer, which already boasts over 100 locations." Upon opening, Cohen's Fashion Optical will be in the company of sought-after retailers including Fresh, Crumbs, Ricky's, Crave, Vivaldi, the newly opened National Jean Company, as well as financial institutions Charles Schwab and Wachovia. 1369 Third Ave. was being offered for $325 per s/f.
