Mark Zborovsky & Co, Inc., has closed on a bulk sale of 15 unsold sponsor units in the building located at 45-53 Cabrini Blvd. in Washington Heights.
Mark Zborovsky said, "The building is in excellent condition, in excellent location, and with beautiful views of Hudson River and George Washington Bridge."
Zborovsky said, "14 apartments in the block are occupied by Rent Stabilized tenants, but 1 unit is huge and vacant."
The block's selling price of close to $3 million is equivalent to app. 38% of the block's vacant market value.
