Zar of Zar Property NY leases 9,100 s/f to Logan Media at 38-40 Greene Street
Logan Media signed a ten-year lease at 38-40 Greene St. located at the corner of Grand St. in SoHo. Zar Property NY, who purchased the corner building as part of a three-building package in mid-2008, leased the entire second floor consisting of 9,100 s/f with 15 ft. high ceilings and 20 wraparound windows.
"The leasing activity in SoHo has picked up tremendously in the past 6-8 months. After an aggressive marketing campaign, we are pleased to say our vacancy rate in our Manhattan portfolio is now below 5%," said David Zar, who handles leasing and acquisitions for the family-owned company. Glenn Teyf of the Gideon Group represented the tenant and Zar represented ownership in-house.
