According to Itzhaki Properties, the sale of 226 Linden Blvd. has been completed. Shay Zach, managing partner of Itzhaki represented the buyer of the property which was sold for $1.525 million.
Currently an 11,000 s/f vacant land parcel with approved plans for 55,000 s/f residential housing, the property is situated at the Prospect Lefferts Garden section of the borough.
The property was sold to a non-profit organization, which is Zach's specialty niche.
The whole sale process took less then 14 days which is rare in today's market.
