Zach of Itzhaki Properties represents buyer in $1.525 million sale of 11,000 s/f vacant land parcel

According to Itzhaki Properties, the sale of 226 Linden Blvd. has been completed. Shay Zach, managing partner of Itzhaki represented the buyer of the property which was sold for $1.525 million. Currently an 11,000 s/f vacant land parcel with approved plans for 55,000 s/f residential housing, the property is situated at the Prospect Lefferts Garden section of the borough. The property was sold to a non-profit organization, which is Zach's specialty niche. The whole sale process took less then 14 days which is rare in today's market.
